Carriage House Ceremony-4 Hours

This intimate setting is modern and historic at the same time. Featuring rustic wood walls and historical black walnut glass doors from the 1800s the, Carriage House is a unique setting for your special day.

Your wedding ceremony includes:

  • Seating for up to 30 guests with cushioned black chairs

  • A beautifully restored historic space with timeless character

  • A sound system to ensure every word is heard

  • Access to the Bridal Suite in the Victorian Cottage

  • Champaign Toast

  • Photographs inside the Victorian Cottage are an additional fee of $150.

  • Day Before Rehearsal 1 Hour $100
    Wedding rentals aren't permitted during Lilac Time.

Carriage House Reception

Host your reception in the rustic elegance of the Carriage House, where historic charm meets modern convenience.

This space accommodates up to 42 guests and includes access to both floors of the building, a fully equipped kitchen with a commercial-grade refrigerator, freezer, and warming oven, as well exclusive access to our exhibits—creating a unique and memorable setting for your celebration.

All other equipment needs to be rented at the client's expense and coordinated with one of our approved wedding coordinators.

  • There is an additional non-refundable liquor permit fee of $125.

  • All receptions are required to have a Bassat Certified Bartender.

  • All vendors need to provide liability insurance and list LHS and the Village of Lombard as additionally insured.
