The Carriage House was built in 1887 and today holds the on-going exhibit about the History of Lombard Footsteps on the Tall Grass Prairie… and our rotating Exhibit.
Students will get an introduction to the building, including the history of moving the building from its original location to its present site at 23 W. Maple, and brief overview of each exhibit. They will then have time to explore have a self-guided experience through the galleries with the docent available to answer questions.
This program lasts approximately 30 to 45 minutes and the cost is $5 per person. Chaperones are free. Groups of 20 or less
