Virtual Whiskey Tasting

Pickup your tasting kit and join us virtually as we’re pouring a glass full of history, adding a splash of controversy, and mixing in a bit of science to talk about Americas Native Spirit: Bourbon

Sip along from home using a whiskey tasting kit while we talk about the origins, the people and the places that make Bourbon, Rye and Tennessee Whiskey. We’ll discuss the origins of Whiskey in America, the people whose names adorn the labels, the science of why alcohol burns your tongue, how to sip it like an expert, where the name “bourbon” comes from, who created it, and MUCH more!

We’ll sample Bourbon from Heaven Hill, Old Forester and Wild Turkey Distilleries, Rye Whiskey from Sonoma County and Tennessee Whiskey from Jack Daniels Distillery. As a special treat, we’ll sample a Bourbon from Jim Beam Distillery made in the 1960’s!

Pour a glass, swirl, smell and sip along to learn more about this distinct product of the United States and the fastest growing booze in America.
