Join us as we open our latest exhibit: The Wets vs The Drys: A Town Divided.
The Temperance Movement created a division in society: Wet v Dry. Wet: someone who would consume alcohol and the Dry: a person who practices temperance.
Lombard had strong opinions on both sides of the temperance movement. In fact, Lombard flip-flopped back and forth from a Wet town to a Dry town. Learn this and more in our upcoming exhibit which will open at the Sheldon Peck Homestead.
Join us Novemeber 12th from 6 PM- 8 PM.
