Leapin Lizards! A Hundred Years of Little Orphan Annie is a captivating exhibition inviting you to delve into the enchanting world of one of the most iconic and enduring comic strips ever. This exhibition, commemorating the 100th anniversary of Little Orphan Annie and honoring its creator, Harold Gray, is a tribute to the enduring power of storytelling, the magic of comic art, and the nostalgia of a bygone era.
The exhibition will feature items from the Lombard Historical Society's archives and collection, as well as items on loan from private collections, Howard Gotlieb Archival Research Center, Boston University Libraries, Northwestern University Libraries, and digital assets from Purdue University, the Indiana Historical Society, and the James Whitcomb Riley Museum Home & Visitor Center.

The Carriage House is located behind the Victorian Cottage Museum at 23 W Maple Street, Lombard, IL 60148.
The Carriage House is open Tuesday-Saturday from
10am-4pm.The exhibition will be open to the public from April 27, 2024-December 23, 2024.
The Museum and Exhibition are free; suggested $5 donation at admission.
Parking
Parking is located adjacent to the Carriage House. The lot is also for commuters. Parking is FREE after 11am and on weekends. For more information click here.
