2021 Virtual Tour of Historic Lombard Homes
The Lombard Historical Society, in partnership with the Lombard Historic Preservation Commission and the Kiwanis Club of Lombard, presents a 2021 Virtual Tour of Historic Lombard Homes. The tour is designed to include houses with a range of ages and styles that together represent Lombard’s sense of community while acknowledging the historic relevance of the original residents and the homes that they built.
The homes range in age from an 1847 farmhouse to a 1963 mid-century modern ranch. Participating homeowners, hand-selected by the Lombard Historical Society and the Lombard Historic Preservation Commission, have shared their personal photographs of the interior, exterior, or gardens, so that everyone may learn more about their home.
